Waiver and Liability Agreement

This Waiver and Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned guest ("Guest") as a condition of their stay at properties operated by T & B Holdings, namely Pur Boutique Cabanas, Pur Private Suites, and Bella Vista Resort (collectively referred to as the "Resorts").

1. Property Damage Liability

Guest agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damages to Resort property—including rooms, suites, carts, equipment, or furnishings—caused intentionally, negligently, or accidentally by the Guest or anyone in their party.

2. Mandatory Security Deposit – Rooms/Suites

A $500 USD hold per room or suite will be placed on a valid credit or debit card at check-in. This hold will remain until check-out. Following an inspection of the room or suite, if no damage is found, the hold will be released. If any issues are discovered, the Guest will be notified, and charges will be applied accordingly.

3. Mandatory Security Deposit – Carts

For any rented or provided cart, a $750 USD hold will be placed on the Guest’s card. This hold will remain in place until the cart is returned and inspected after check-out. If no damage is found, the hold will be released. If damage is found, charges will be applied accordingly.

4. Consent to Charges

Guest authorizes the Resorts to charge the card on file for any damages or losses that exceed the security deposit hold.

5. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

Guest understands their stay is voluntary and at their own risk. Guest agrees to hold harmless and indemnify T & B Holdings, Pur Boutique Cabanas, Pur Private Suites, Bella Vista Resort, and their employees or contractors from any liability for loss, injury, or damage during their stay.

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting this form, Guest acknowledges and agrees to all Resort policies and terms in this Agreement. Failure to comply may result in eviction, cancellation, or additional charges.

Island life at your own pace
The location is great. It is quiet with a quick ride into town. It is on the way to Secret Beach as well. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel has activities that you can do on-site with no expense to you, such as paddle boarding and kayaking. At night we went out to star gaze as the skies are clear. The rooms were specious and the linens were clean and well kept. The food was good, so you can eat on-site. They have live entertainment which is a plus. The staff was extremely friendly!

A GREAT TIME AT BELLA VISTA
The staff was very attentive and service oriented. We were called by our first name by the entire staff from the beginning. The accommodations were comfortable and pleasant. We received great information on fun things to do in San Pedro. We rented a golf cart from the hotel that was reasonable and convenient. The food was very good at the restaurant. To summarize this hotel was the friendliest, family oriented hotel that I’ve ever experienced.

LOVELY LAID BACK HAVEN The Bella Vista was a lovely place that matched my laid back style. We hit the island just before a couple of tropical storms hit, unfortunately, and my first thought was, Get me off this island! However, I was so happy that BVR had a wonderful outdoor space that was expertly enclosed to actually experience the storm around us free from the wind and rain. That was very cool and it kept the weather from ruining our first days. Jesus runs the water rigs at the end of the pier and he and his crew were a great asset. We were in the Stingray Suite and the bed was great. I slept like a baby! The shower was huge and both the water pressure and temperature were excellent. It was my first time in Belize so there were many things I did not expect that I had to adjust to. However, in retrospect, we were at the best location and I would not have been happier anywhere else at any price.
